All about trampolining

We’ve all seen children bouncing up and down on their trampoline in the back of their garden. But trampolining is a sport for all, and makes for a great workout. Belonging to the family of gymnastics, the sport allows you to work on body control whilst working key muscles in a fun seamless way. And, trampolining is one of the few sports allowign you to defy the laws of gravity, without a motor!

Where to do it

Many activities can be practiced at home or a local park, but there are also a number of venues across the region who provide classes, lessons, spaces to practice and opportunities to experience with other people.
