Orienteering
All about Orienteering
A fun activity for family and friends or competitive challenge, orienteering requires participants to use their orientation skills and navigate through unfamiliar grounds using a map and compass to find checkpoints and eventually get through their entire trail. This activity brings a bit of a twist to one’s daily or weekly runs, walks or cycles.
Where to do it
Many activities can be practiced at home or a local park, but there are also a number of venues across the region who provide classes, lessons, spaces to practice and opportunities to experience with other people. You can find a selection of these below. Make sure to get in touch with the provider to find sessions that suit your needs.
