All about Netball
Very similar to basketball, with a hoop to score points through, but here the player must remain still once they have the ball and until they have passed it. Get sweating all whilst developing some great teamwork skills and truly giving yourself an active break and opportunity to socialise.
Where to do it
Many activities can be practiced at home or a local park, but there are also a number of venues across the region who provide classes, lessons, spaces to practice and opportunities to experience with other people.
